Doing the Things You Love

Dear One,
We love you, and we are happy to see you living more in harmony with your life. You are waking up to more joy, and more possibility. And this will increase as you relax and get more in touch with yourself.

Stress comes about when you are forcing yourself to do things you don't really want to do. This is a big source of stress for most people. The antidote of course is to spend more time doing the things you love. Choices you make to simplify your life will result in more free time to explore what works for you. It always boils down to the choices you make.
