The Calm Joy of Just Being

Dear One,
We love you, and our love is always with you. You need to understand that when things are difficult like this it is to bring about changes that need to happen. You knew that the situation was getting difficult many months ago. You have felt the stress on your body and mind.

You can take better care of yourself, and speak up sooner when you feel stressed.

We want you to experience more of the calm joy of just being without all the worries, cares and pressures. Calm being is just a moment to moment experience, a combination of feeling whole and healthy, being in a calm environment, and being able to let go of all thinking one moment at a time.
