Practice Being Calm

Dear One,
We love you, and we are happy to see you healthy again.

Each day brings new challenges. You can't always foresee what will come at you next. But you can prepare by practicing being calm and centered throughout the day. This is your best security.

Think of how you feel today, healthy, and well rested, calm, prepared to meet whatever challenges come your way. This can be a benchmark for you. Try to stay within this state of being as much as possible, and to be aware of when you are feeling too tired or stressed.
