Being peaceful has really helped you to find yourself, and to hear our voice. It is easier to let go of the things that aren't "you". once you get very clear about who you are.

The important thing is to love the people you are with, and to make sure they know how much you care for them.

You wonder if you should get involved in some kind of volunteer effort. If you see a need and you want to respond to it, of course. But there is no need to force the issue. The challenges that are yours will come to you.
