You are ready to shift your focus in your office from the wealth corner to health, and this has you a bit daunted. You know that at times you neglect your health, and do not do even basic things in the way of diet and exercise. So the challenge is to elevate your thoughts about all this, and to inspire yourself to become healthier and stronger.

Last night you started to glimpse the idea of selling your writing. You have never really thought of it as a way of paying the bills. You have no idea how to sell it. This is also an area we can help with.

Showing up to write every day is more than half the battle. Reaching deep into your thoughts and emotions is another big part. Be patient, and watch the changes unfold.

The Feng Shui of the office is going well. You have the wealth corner stripped down to the barest essentials in terms of doing laundry, but maximized for good fortune. Hopefully you can keep people from dumping things in that area.

As long as you come back to your Angel writing every day you will be able to maintain your focus on a higher plane of consciousness. Focus always on the things you love, and the rest falls into place without a great deal of effort on your part. When your energy is harmonious and focused there is an alignment that happens in the energy all around you.

We love you, and we want to support you in having a good life. Fighting with the people you love can be very distressing. As with other problems, it is best to focus on what brings joy and nurturance to the situation. Think about the areas we have been working on recently. The area of cooking nutritious meals remains untouched.

You long for a peaceful environment, a quiet routine, and deep concentration on your work. Right now that doesn't seem possible. You have to give people space to be themselves. You have to let them experience their own energies without your interference. You know how to make yourself scarce, and we suggest you do that. Go to events, take classes, exercise. Do the things that you need to do, find a way to travel and see your friends.

Dear One,
We love you, and we are excited that you have continued this far. It is amazing what can change in less than a month just by shifting your focus. You may not feel like all of your problems have been resolved. You may not feel like any one problem has been completely resolved, but there has been a definite shift in your attitude, and in your thinking.

You noticed that when you were cleaning up the dishes you weren't focused on your usual negative thoughts about how you were the only one who cleans up, and angry thoughts towards your family. You noticed that that wasn't happening, you were just cleaning up for the sake of having a clean house. It makes such a difference. You have been so focused on this writing project that you haven't had huge amounts of time to worry or complain.

A new attitude has opened up some new opportunities for you at work, and that will be beneficial to you down the road. Now you see new ways to be making changes in other areas of your life also. Things have also been changing for other family members, and that is interesting too... Changing yourself often results in other people making changes in their own lives. And then their changes affect other people so there is really no way of knowing how far it reaches.

When you create "'corners" in your room it is great to reinforce the corners with prayers for yourself, your family, and for the world. Plant the seeds of the future in each corner to reinforce your intentions. Getting very clear about your intentions is essential to creating what you want. Spend some time on this this week.

We love you, and we're glad you asked about staying healthy. Focusing on staying healthy now will serve you well as you move into your later years. The things to work on are flexibility of movement, and endurance. Walking is good for endurance, and yoga or mentastics will help with flexability.

Cooking a wholesome meal each day will really make a difference. You need to make the effort, even if no one else eats it at first. They will come around in time. It is so much easier to stay healthy than to try to recover health after you get sick.

The "health corner" of your office is the kitchen door. Think about what you could place there to reinforce health for the whole family.

We love you and we hope you will take time to make some ginger tea for your cold. You really need to slow down and take good care of yourself!

Somehow you got the idea that taking care of yourself was not as important or neccessary as taking care of others. You are really the only one who needs to make this shift with regards to yourself. No one else can really "take care of you".

Having a body is an awesome opportunity to experience life. Think of all the sensations that have surrounded you from birth, all of the things you have learned through your senses. You must take care of your body for it is the only one you have this lifetime! All the things that you think are so important are nothing if you loose your health, or loose your ability to function.

Things are shifting for you now in your office, and in your work. Relax and trust that all is well.

Dear One,
We love you, and we want the best for you. You know sometimes with children you can't always give them what they want because it just wouldn't be good for them. The same is true for you, and if you don't get something you asked for it is because having it, or receiving it in this way might hurt you, or interfere with your soul's journey.

Right now you may think having a companion would fill some need in your life, but you are doing so well with your solitude. A sexual relationship can be so powerful for you emotionally... pulling you in many ways that may not be exactly "what you wanted".

And "what you wanted" is key here to finding and staying with your soul path. How will you ever know what you can achieve if you become completely distracted now? It is hard enough to maintain focus with all there is to do in the day. Right now a few quiet hours in the night and early morning are all you have.

Dear One,
We love you, and applaud you for getting this far! You have completed two weeks, and one week to go.

You are starting to see that your house is full of angels. You are starting to sense that your house is surrounded by angels, and to know how gentle their presence feels.

Here in the early morning, you open your journal and write once again. In the quiet of morning you can finally hear us, and listen carefully for we have much to say.

Angels like things smooth, and clean, and clear, things like crystals, and glass, and things that sparkle. We're fussy that way! We want you to keep your space clean and clear of "stuff". Surround yourself only with the purest and most beautiful things, and let the rest go. There is no need to hang on to all of this old stuff. You have grown past it. There was a time when all of these things might have had a spiritual significance for you. There was a time when some of these things were hard to come by. Now you have such an abundance, but they don't feel energetically like what you need to have around you. We're urging you to sift a little deeper and remove the elements that no longer resonate.

You think you are holding on to things for your family. They will gather their own "stuff". If you want to save things for them, pack them away for some future unveiling.

You are going through a time of intense growing and change. You need your environment to be pure and fresh, a timely representation that reflects all that you are experiencing on the inner planes.

Purify on the inner planes, purify on the outer as well. We recommend a change in your diet. You need to feel your pure self again. There is so much you can do energetically just by eating pure food, thinking clear thoughts, and living in a clean environment.

Dear One,
We love you, and we wish you well. We congratulate you on two instances of letting go of guilt and regret. With a little practise you will do this automatically. It really doesn't serve anyone for you to spend time having negative emotions about the past.

You can say hello to negative thoughts about yourself, but you don't need to hang out with them, and you certainly don't need to marry them!

It is very important to hold the highest vision of ourselves - to see ourselves as pure, holy, creative, compassionate, beautiful, intelligent, healthy, attractive, connected, etc. You can say, "This is who I am!" and see yourself shining and glowing with pure life energy. You are all of this. At your core you are pure life/light energy. You take on other thought forms, and wear them like costumes, but they are not who we really are. The less you identify with the costume, the less it will cling to your back!

You were born into this world to bring in light and color on a magnificent level; to radiate out to all people, and to enable them to own a piece of the rainbow. Adorn yourself in radiant thoughts - peace, love, gratitude, joy, appreciation, tenderness, compassion, friendship, trust...

We love you, and we hope you start to really believe it, and know it to be true. We do watch out for you in all the ways that we can, in all the ways that you ask us to. Angels are messengers of God, protectors of humankind, but we only go where we are welcome.

Things are moving quickly for you now, and it is easy for you to become "ungrounded" like forgetting to do important things. It worries you when you slip up, but don't let it stop you. It is just a transition. A lot of new things are coming into play, and your life will be moving along quickly. Don't try to resist the shift. Move quickly to align yourself with the Flow.

Do you remember the attributes of "The Path of Least Resistance"? Print a copy of that and post it in your office, and also the sign about creating an environment that supports you.

We love you, and we want you to know that who you are is okay with us. You don't need permission to be yourself because it is fine just to let it be so.

You seem to be hesitant to get started on cooking for the family even though you do see how that could be pivotal in stabilizing this family. Basic nutrition is essential to health and emotional balance. A big stabilizing breakfast in the morning will really be a good place to begin. You know that changing your eating habits can really have a huge effect on your consciousness.

The writing class went well. Keep working on these three fronts, writing, cooking and feng shui and you will soon see major progress in your life... and when we say your life that includes your whole family because whatever choices you make affects them also.

Dear One,
We love you very much and we are so excited that you are communicating with us on a daily basis! It is exhilarating for us angels to really get a chance to talk with humans.

You can start the Feng Shui of the office today just by cleaning, clearing and transforming the space. The three things you have been asked to focus on; writing, cooking nourishing meals, and the feng shui of the office are all things that will elevate your consciousness to a new place. There are other things we could have selected but these things will be good for you and your family.

So you see the plan is first to elevate the consciousness. Then from a new plane of looking you will find that the things you thought were problems have either changed, or disappeared completely.

It is time to get over disapointment and hurts from the past in the area of love. Be open to new love coming in!
