Dear One,We love you, and we wish you well. We congratulate you on two instances of letting go of guilt and regret. With a little practise you will do this automatically. It really doesn't serve anyone for you to spend time having negative emotions about the past.
You can say hello to negative thoughts about yourself, but you don't need to hang out with them, and you certainly don't need to marry them!
It is very important to hold the highest vision of ourselves - to see ourselves as pure, holy, creative, compassionate, beautiful, intelligent, healthy, attractive, connected, etc. You can say, "This is who I am!" and see yourself shining and glowing with pure life energy. You are all of this. At your core you are pure life/light energy. You take on other thought forms, and wear them like costumes, but they are not who we really are. The less you identify with the costume, the less it will cling to your back!
You were born into this world to bring in light and color on a magnificent level; to radiate out to all people, and to enable them to own a piece of the rainbow. Adorn yourself in radiant thoughts - peace, love, gratitude, joy, appreciation, tenderness, compassion, friendship, trust...
