Dear One,We love you, and we want you to know that who you are is okay with us. You don't need permission to be yourself because it is fine just to let it be so.
You seem to be hesitant to get started on cooking for the family even though you do see how that could be pivotal in stabilizing this family. Basic nutrition is essential to health and emotional balance. A big stabilizing breakfast in the morning will really be a good place to begin. You know that changing your eating habits can really have a huge effect on your consciousness.
The writing class went well. Keep working on these three fronts, writing, cooking and feng shui and you will soon see major progress in your life... and when we say your life that includes your whole family because whatever choices you make affects them also.
