Dear One,
We love you, and we send you greetings in all the beauty that surrounds you. Isn't the earth a fabulous creation? The skies, the moon, the glorious sunlight, the rich greens of growing plants... there is so much beauty everywhere!
It is best for you to write without thinking because these words do not really come from your brain, but through your heart. The flow of happiness and joy goes on there incessantly and nothing can stop it. Once you learn how to tap into that stream you can always find happiness within yourself. No person or thing can make you happy.
Again in watching children we see their obvious delight in the smallest things. A healthy child, who is well taken care of will naturally be joyous, spontaneous, and filled with natural curiosity and delight - just like a puppy or a kitten. There again we see that the fluid reality of the child keeps them from becoming too invested in one particular version of reality.
As we age certain ideas will cling to us and get woven into the story of our lives. But they are not permanently fixed there. Ideas can be shed whenever we are ready to let them go.
You are doing better at simply not wearing certain garments - guilt is one emotion that you just don't need. What is done, is done, and all is forgiven so no need to drag the past around with you.
