We want to encourage you to make more effort around cooking for your family. One hour a day can easily go to doing a little research for healthy recipes and fixing nice meals. Take the time to make it happen.

Dear One,
We love you, and we listen to you. What you have written in your journals is precious. There is much that is high quality writing, and great spiritual, and emotional insight. You can preserve that.

There is a part of you that is attracting disruptive elements into your life. There is a part of you that longs for change but is afraid to admit it. You are conflicted about your home situation. Part of you wants everything to stay just the same, part of you wants change. You look for reasons outside of yourself, blaming others. But the real source of the discontent is you.

The house has bad feng shui for romantic relationships. It is missing a corner! And that aspect has been missing from your lives since you lived here. Cleaning up the romance corner of your office was good, and adding the fish tank. Get all unused equipment and old papers out of there, and add apicture of lovers to your altar.

Cook nourishing food today, chicken soup and a simple applesauce cake. Try to always have some soup and rice, something sweet, raw and cooked vegetables available.

You Were Never Alone

Dear One,
We love you, and we want you to know that you were never alone. You were remembering times from your childhood when you felt so alone. You felt isolated and forgotten, but you were not alone. Every step of the way we have been with you. We are here to help you in all things. All you need to do is ask for our help and we will do all that we can. Memories from childhood bring back strong feelings of sadness. Now you are safer, but you still feel afraid. Now you have family, but you still feel alone. You know how to connect, but you don't always find like-minded people to connect with. You feel sad, thinking that no one hears what you have to say.

We shall listen. Talk to us every day. Share your innermost thoughts with us, and we will help you to transform those sad feelings into hope and joy.

You Are Surrounded By Love

Dear One,
We love you and we are glad that you see the beauty of this room. So many of the things you see here were lovingly brought together for you to reflect back to you who you are. It may not be the fanciest but each piece is imbued with feeling, emotions and love.

You were remembering a time when you were very sad, and remembering all the tears you cried. It was a very difficult time, and most of the sadness had to do with the loss of relationship with your father. Even in his death now you feel a sadness, not that he is dead, but that there was no relationship for so long. You look at your relationships with your grandmothers, and even with your mother. So much of that was cut short and not fulfilling to you. This theme of disappointment in relationships runs throughout your life, and colors the present. You chose to come into this situation in order to avoid the major attachments to people and family that would have kept you from fully experiencing life. We are going to heal that now.

It is time to let go of that fear, pain and disappointment. It is time to be open and loving with your family on both sides, those who are alive still, and those who have crossed over. There is no reason to hold back, or protect yourself any longer. There is no reason to feel inadequate, apologetic, fearful, ashamed, embarrassed, indebted, etc. Just be with people. Just be yourself with people.

Know that in all things and in all ways you are surrounded by love.

Elevate the Consciousness

Dear One,
We love you very much and we are so excited that you are communicating with us on a daily basis! It is exhilarating for us angels to really get a chance to talk with humans.

You can start the Feng Shui of the office today just by cleaning, clearing and transforming the space. The three things you have been asked to focus on; writing, cooking nourishing meals, and the feng shui of the office are all things that will elevate your consciousness to a new place. There are other things we could have selected but these things will be good for you and your family.

So you see the plan is first to elevate the consciousness. Then from a new plane of looking you will find that the things you thought were problems have either changed, or disappeared completely.

It is time to get over disapointment and hurts from the past in the area of love. Be open to new love coming in!

We Are Looking Out For You

Dear One,

We love you, and we wish you well. Please know deep in your heart that we are looking out for you and your family. We are guarding you so that only that which is for your highest good can transpire. So you have no need for guilt, fear, worry, or regrets. You are all that you "should be" and more. Spend more time trusting, and less time worrying!

Focus some attention on the Feng Shui of your office. It could be a whole lot prettier and more uplifting than it is at the moment. Use the pendulum and we will guide you through the design process.
