Dear one,We love you, and we are here for you always. You keep hoping, or maybe even expecting that life will get easier; that one day you will hit on a magic formula and suddenly your life will be much smoother. That is not what we are here for. We are angels, not magic genies!
You wake up every morning and wish that things would change. At the same time you continue to follow the same old patterns and routines everyday. You are free to make different choices. Where you are today is the sum total of every choice you have made in your life this far.
To reach a different place you can begin today to make different decisions. If you want to loose weight and be thinner tomorrow, you need to eat less sweet stuff, and exercise more today. If you want to have more money in the bank you need to earn more, save more and spend less. You are in complete control of all of these things. And you know what needs to be done to make it happen.
However, that being said... we think you are doing a great job at making powerful changes in your environment since January. The house is running very smoothly, and overall you are feeling better. Even other folks at home have been making more effort to keep things tidy.
